Campsite power for the August reunion will be turned on starting on cleanup Sunday through the Monday following the reunion.

bulletWhen do I have to leave?

Your camper must be removed from your site the Tuesday following the reunion.

bulletWill I be able to use my site at other times of the year?

If we have other events, you have first right to your campsite. We may charge a camping and electric fee.

bulletCan I sublease my site?

You may loan or give your user rights to your numbered campsite to whomever you wish.  The Pioneer Engineers Club may be able to assist you in finding a new user for your campsite.

bulletWill there still be primitive camping available?

We will have primitive campsites available.  These sites will have no electric. Generators may be used in the primitive camping area only.  Generators must be shut off between 10:00 pm to 7:00 am with no exceptions.  The size of a primitive lot is 24’ X 25’.  These are half the size of electrified ones.  You MAY NOT run an electric cord to the primitive camping area.  Please contact erhurst@yahoo.com for current pricing and availability.
