All electrified sites will be 24 feet x 50 feet.
Yes, there is permanent pedestal at each non-primitive site. You need to park so that you can reach your power supply. Each numbered campsite will allow for one camper hookup.

No, but groups who sign up together will be placed together. Campsites will be assigned by directors and camping committee personnel only. Requests may be made, but we may not be able to accommodate them.
You may
park your tow vehicle or exhibit at your site as room and conditions allow.
No permanent items such as poles, posts, fence, fire rings, etc may be
placed on campsites without the permission of the Pioneer Engineer’s Club
Board of Directors.
Yes, within reason. Each site only has one power outlet so no electric will be provided and primitive camping fees will be charged - NO EXCEPTIONS!

No, the Pioneer Engineers Club accepts no responsibility in regards to the security of your campsite or your belongings.
Campsite power for the August reunion will be turned on starting on cleanup Sunday through the Monday following the reunion.
Your camper must be removed from your site the Tuesday following the reunion.
If we have other events, you have first right to your campsite. We may charge a camping and electric fee.
You may loan or give your user rights to
your numbered campsite to whomever you wish. The Pioneer Engineers Club may
be able to assist you in finding a new user for your campsite.
We will have primitive campsites available. These sites will have no electric. Generators may be used in the primitive camping area only. Generators must be shut off between 10:00 pm to 7:00 am with no exceptions. The size of a primitive lot is 24’ X 25’. These are half the size of electrified ones. You MAY NOT run an electric cord to the primitive camping area. Please contact erhurst@yahoo.com for current pricing and availability.
